iTeleport Connect's CPU usage spikes to 100%

This problem seems to occur intermittently for a small fraction of users.  We have not yet been able to replicate this issue in our environment.  If you see this happening, please do the following:

  1. Launch Activity Monitor (from /Applications/Utilities)
  2. Select iTeleport Connect
  3. Click the Sample Process button in the toolbar
  4. Save the sampling results to a text file using the Save button
  5. Email us the sampling file to support [at] iTeleportMobile.com
Based on your data, we should be able to solve this problem.  Thanks for your patience and support.
